Chelsea’s home in Bellevue had a 22-year old leaky cedar shake roof with old flashing. She opted for a different style of roof. It was replaced with DaVinci Multi-Width Shake in the color Autumn. Flashing and underlayment were installed, and the roof vents were upgraded. To also brighten up the inside of her home, there was the addition of two new skylights.
