Rick and Patty Adams upgraded from the natural cedar shake roof to Certainteed Presidential TL in the color Charcoal Black. They knew it was time for a new roof when they started seeing signs of leaking and damages around the flashing. To stop moisture damage, underlayment added for protection and flashing was replaced. In addition, they had upgraded the roof vents for better ventilation.
